Unresolved complaints in last 90 days
Reports submitted through Beauty Clinic PH, cross-referenced with Google and Facebook review timestamps.
Price discrepancy: quoted vs charged
Community reports where final bill exceeded quoted price by 20% or more without prior disclosure.
Staff without verifiable certifications
NCII for massage, PRC-supervised for clinical laser. Venues that cannot show staff credentials on request.
